In our continuing effort to build the world’s best human-centric ad exchange, Sharethrough is proud to be a Founding Member of the Human Collective by HUMAN Security, Inc. (formerly White Ops) along with more than 20 other industry leading companies across the advertising supply chain. Collectively, we form a stronger, human-centric advertising ecosystem focused on protecting against bot attacks and fraud.

Human-Centric

What does it mean to be “human-centric”? For nearly a decade, Sharethrough has been conducting research into human cognition, human preferences and human behaviors, the results of which we use to inform our products and services.

Included in being “Human-Centric” is ensuring that 100% of ads delivered through the Sharethrough Exchange are only served to humans, not bots. Our continued partnership with HUMAN ensures that. 

“At Sharethrough, as a human-centric ad exchange, we've prioritized offering a safe, transparent, direct marketplace since the beginning.” said Sharethrough CPO Curt Larson. “Our multi-year partnership with HUMAN has only served to enhance that.  We know when we tell partners we audit every request with Human, they're immediately at ease with the safety and quality of our marketplace. We're excited about the incremental benefits this new initiative will bring to the industry.” said Sharethrough CPO Curt Larson. 

The Collective

Members of the Human Collective work together to protect the digital advertising ecosystem against bots and fraud. Notably, losses caused by ad fraud are expected to continue costing the industry billions of dollars each year, and sophisticated bot attacks enabled by cybercriminals pose a significantly increasing threat to the entire ecosystem. 

That’s why we’re excited to be a Founding Member, expanding our dedication to better human-centric ad experience beyond just Sharethrough.

About Calibrate—

Founded in 2015, Calibrate is a yearly conference for new engineering managers hosted by seasoned engineering managers. The experience level of the speakers ranges from newcomers all the way through senior engineering leaders with over twenty years of experience in the field. Each speaker is greatly concerned about the craft of engineering management. Organized and hosted by Sharethrough, it was conducted yearly in September, from 2015-2019 in San Francisco, California.
