About Sharethrough
Back in the day, TV advertisers embraced digital by repurposing their TV commercials to run online. Often these are :15 or :30 seconds long and run as “preroll” before content you’re really interested in watching. So let’s say you’re on ESPN to watch highlights and instead you are interrupted with a commercial for 1-800-Flowers. Annoying, right? Sharethrough is here to help change that. Here’s how:
- Creative Agencies: We are empowering creative agencies and video producers to break out of the :15/:30 video spots and produce longer, entertaining brand content.
- Media Agencies: We provide a media vehicle for media agencies to distribute this entertaining brand content. Video is delivered in a format the isn’t interruptive or annoying, rather users will choose to watch the content & also have the opportunity to share with their friends across social platforms.
- Publishers: We are providing video content to leading publishers & helping them distribute video in a way that “native” (translation: thoughtfully designed & integrated) to their users’ experience, as opposed to interruptive.
And it’s working! We work with Fortune 1000 companies and deliver videos across leading websites, games, blogs and social networks in a fashion that is user-initiated (and not interruptive); while also providing detailed analytics and insights about viewership and social engagement within Sharethrough HQ, our analytics platform.
